Very happy to share my latest political ad! Always gratifying to support the right to choose and the fight against climate change. We’re all stronger together

I go my way / back in the saddle again🎵
I am v v pleased to have booked a handful of voiceover gigs with the wonderful folks at Lotas Productions. It’s been a lot of tech or utility industrials, which means I gotta keep it fresh with ALL the enunciation warmups, so this dingus doesn’t trip over common, everyday phrases like, “granular control of conservation voltage reduction” and “volt-var optimization” 😬
Anyway, it’s been nice to have a win. Here’s to me continuing to figure out my way.

is what I'd (unimaginatively) title my experience shooting a short film in Serbia. It's all still pretty fresh and hazy at the same time, and I find myself remembering in two-second cuts. I stayed in a chic flat in the center of the city. I had a driver (!!!). My costar is probably the tallest and kindest Serbian actor in the history of ever. A Serbian burger is roughly the size of my face.
The production included my first unholy female triumvirate power team: director (Sandra), producer (Verica), and director of photography (Tanja). I was so excited to get crazy with a bunch of professionals. On the first morning we were in an abandoned building on an actual mental hospital's grounds. Later that day, we hauled an hour and a half away to an abandoned hotel with an incredible ballroom. Pedja's office was my favorite set, full of Soviet portraits and random dusty medical books in Cyrillic. He called me, "šiške" because, hello duh, that amazing bangs hairpiece that I rocked.
All these impossibly cool production photos are courtesy of Noah Dodson. More on the Productions page! Swiggity swooty

Here's a cute stop-motion short I voiced a while back with Eric Pato and Ben Lundberg!

A couple of months ago I did this super quick scene with Lee Manansala, who edited the trailer for "The Master Cleanse". It was great fun doing some guerrilla shooting again, especially around my neighborhood. Helloooo short walking commute.
Lee likes to film these funny introductions to the clip where he gets abuse from the leads of each episode.

So many festival laurels on the poster for "The Master Cleanse" !
You can watch the short at its new home, Horned Melon Films!
The Master Cleanse
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! I am super chuffed to announce I will be playing Brook in Daniel Goldberg's short film, "The Master Cleanse"! The crazy anecdote is that we worked together like EIGHT years ago at Vassar Powerhouse. WHAT.
Daniel and his team crowdfunded through Seed&Spark where he coincidentally found... PORCIVAL'S BOG NOGHT! And my face hasn't changed in a decade. End of story.
When Jim falls in love with Brook, an idealistic hippie who lives in a Brooklyn commune, he knows this won’t be a run-of-the-mill affair. But what he fails to realize is that her “Master Cleanse” has nothing to do with cayenne, lemon, and maple syrup. (Portlandia meets Rosemary's Baby)

ViewLondon review!
Some vigorous back-slapping and shoulder-dusting. Okay on second thought, that sounds like most of the patrons I serve Saturday nights at the cocktail lounge. Regardless, here are some nice words from Jennifer Tate
"Shot in real time, Percival’s Big Night is a genuinely funny and highly enjoyable American bromance, that’s truly refreshing to thanks to its relevant, sharp dialogue, smooth and intimate camera work and impressive performances from all four members of the cast, who each prove their future potential as indie-darlings. The standout role goes to Angelica Reeve, who shines as the sarcastically witty best-friend character Riku, but Tommy Nelms as the nerdy, girl-shy Percival and Sarah Wharton as the glorified Chloe also stand out with their authentic and convincing performances."
ja wohl!
Mad overdue but I wanted to link Percival's Raindance page.
"Ah ja, my little film screened at Sputnik Kino in Berlin."
Also need to give big ups to Abigail Smith's great review. Danke! merci a fille fois!
"As the two friends wait for this girl-shaped Godot to arrive, we see the bromance from all its angles and the actors, script and direction (the film is shot in a seemingly unbroken single take) really start to shine. Ever wondered what happened when the Superbad boys grew up? Well, this is the closest we’re going to get to finding out. Laugh out loud funny, excellently observed and genuinely insightful, this film tackles themes and speaks in a language that will resonate with many."
